Yoga Class Schedule

We have restructured our classes to be more beneficial to all attending. These times will start on the 19th April 2010. All classes will now be run from the Old Sherrif Court, the Scottish Youth Theatre building and the times are -

18:00 Foundation Classes - starting again after the holidays at the 16th August 2010 - a few spaces left!

19:00 Improvers - this class is now fully booked.  If you would like on the waiting list, please contact Simone on her details above.

20:00 Power Yoga- starting again after the holidays at the 16th August 2010 - a few spaces left!

If you make an appointment to see either Simone or Tobias you will need to have a copy of the registration form ready.

Hot Tips for class

  • Arrive with plenty of time so you do not stress to get parked.  
  • Be well hydrated when you arrive.
  • It's best not to eat for at least 2 hours before class.
  • If you have an injury or medical condition please let your instructor know.
  • Wear light and comfortable clothes to class so you can move easily.
  • No shoes are required or allowed in the class room.
  • Pace yourself and remember to breathe.
  • Learn by watching and listening to the teacher and your body.
  • Feel free to ask questions.
  • If you need to rest, it's okay.
  • Listen to your body and take a rest.
  • Should you feel dizzy or out of breath at any point, take some deep breathes and relax.
  • Be patient.  It usually takes a few classes before you get into the flow of the class.
  • Please do not forget to switch off your mobile phone.
