






EFT - Emotional Freedom Technique
EFT is a powerful way in which to access and talk directly to the subconscious mind and eradicate negative core beliefs such as "I am useless", "I am unworthy", "I am unlovable". Using EFT you can empower to choose more positive core beliefs such as "I am worthy!", "I am lovable!" and "I am successful!".
Your conscious mind accounts for only about 5-12 percent of your daily thoughts—the other 88-95 percent originates from the subconscious mind, therefore transformational work must be mainly subconscious in nature.
EFT is the fastest way, permanent change takes place.
What is making me feel so bad?
A disruption in the normal healthy “flow” of the organism you call home, can lead to all sorts of problems such as anxiety,depression, anger, frustration, phobias, fears, body distortion issues, migraines, weight gain, high blood pressure, self loathing, addiction, PTSD, and OCD to name just a few.
Energy Psychology
Scientists tell us that we are also made up of energy and information, governed (on an atomic level) by invisible but very real energy fields which are affected by the food we eat, the toxins and radiation which we come in contact with everyday, the stressful situations at work or home and the toxic relationships, negative thought patterns/ belief systems and feelings that we hold in our hearts. EFT does not eradicate negative memories and issues.
What it does do is remove feelings of anguish, guilt, sorrow, anger, fear, resentment etc attached to the memories, allowing them to view the original incident with a calm, detached attitude, enabling them to move on, and enjoy life again.
We may have not have taken responsibility for our lives up until now, and thats OK.
But now that you have access to knowledge that you can change your core beliefs, why wouldn't you will be willing to take your life into your own hands and live life fully?
The fastest and most effective way to interrupt these core belief systems, dissolve negative emotions and to take responsibility for your thoughts, emotions, actions and ultimately your life, is through Emotional Freedom Technique, backed by a solid action plan.
